1. Talk with recruiter 2. Team panel interview 3. Hiring manager / VP interview I received an offer to join the team, which I accepted. I went through the background check with Sterling and completed my drug screen…then crickets. Nothing at all - from anyone. Today is Friday, September 16th. I am supposed to start on Monday, September 19th. There has been zero communication from anyone, so I sent the recruiter an interview mentioning I am going in a different direction…too many red flags around communication and process.
