Overall I think it was a very thorough interview. Asked lots of questions to really get to know you and your teamwork/leadership abilities. If you don't answer the question they ask, they will try to give you another chance by requesting more information. The recruiter I talked to was friendly and professional. I recommend really doing your research beforehand as they first ask how much you know about K-C and what they do.
