Interview
I talked with the company at a career fair on campus. I received a call to schedule an interview for the next day. The interview was about 45 minutes, composing of all behavioral questions. The next step was an on-site interview. The on-site interview consisted of 4 consecutive 45 minute interviews with hiring managers for different teams. Same type of behavioral questions. The day concluded with a tour of the campus.

Interview process include 3 separate days of Panel interviews. 1st round is basically Hiring Manager. 2nd round is a presentation w a audience of 20 of more personnel & asking questions. 3rd round is w Hiring Manager and few people that will be working w/ you. Personally, process is too long and organization has a language barrier.

Questions are in a behavioral interview format, answer with the STAR format. Situation, task, action, result. Be prepared with past experiences. I've had 5 one hour individual interviews, though the sometimes do panel style. Every group will be different.
