I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kimberly-Clark (Boise, ID) in Mar 2019
Interview
One recruiter phone screen, then three phone interviews, with a final in-person interview. Recruiter said process would take all of 10 business days, but took three times that long. Phone interviews were a joke, asking silly behavioral questions. Would be much more appropriate for someone with little job experience, but not for a seasoned, experienced professional. The personality test was so stupid, asking questions about going to an outdoor concert with friends, or trying to get your neighborhood to recycle more, those have nothing to do with anyone's ability to perform similar duties and responsibilities they've been doing for years. The personal interview included introducing me to the team, not one person who was within 25 years of my age. Except for the interviewer, felt like everyone was fresh out of college.
Overall positive experience. They ask you standard questions about your previous work experience and how that will tie in to the role you're interviewing for. It was virtual and interviewed with the hiring manager.
