Very easy and straight forward, questions aren't difficult, and you only get few questions, they mostly talked about the job and explained the process and what it implied, they tell you about the company and also ask you what you know about the company.
Just asked what customer service is and if i play games, asked about recent experience in gaming industry and customer service industry. i thought there will be another interview but i was shocked i got the job offer right away
