Very casual. The process is quite informal and more conversational. Met with the general manager and later on the company director to talk about responsibilities, expectations. There are some questions on the product but its rather specialized so training on the job is provided.

Applied through Jobs DB, received a phone call 3 days later to arrange an onsite meeting. Interview was loosely structured, very conversational and casual. Interview focused on my job history, tested my knowledge on button products.

At one point, they pulled out a button book and asked if I knew how the buttons were made, what manufacturing process were used, this was tricky as I only worked with alloy buttons before, not polyester.
