Headhunt by recruitment agency followed by screening interview, aptitude tests then two rounds of interviews. The first, bahvioural based the second a presentation on what you'll do in the role on your first 90 days in the role. Recruitment agency really pressed hard on any weaknesses to see how you cope under pressure. A lot of work went into the interview and it felt like a long process.
