Interviewed on Friday, with hr and research manager.
It was casual dress day. I was impressed by their professional attitude.
Most chem managers just want to show off or hustle you for low low pay.
Place is very clean.

Interview
2 rounds of interview, both face to face. first round was rather lengthy with asking a lot of personality questions and also some technical questions. I thought I did badly but I was called for second round. Second Round interview is with more senior management. the senior HR personnel left the interview towards the end abruptly, which I was taken aback. Overall, rather ok experience.
