Kazang interview questions

Extremely unprofessional interview process. I was specifically asked to attend an in-person interview and took time off work to do so, only to arrive and discover that no one was there to interview me in person. Instead, I was placed alone in a conference room for a video call with little explanation and an inadequate apology. The entire experience felt disorganized, disrespectful, and like a complete waste of my time. There was no hospitality, no professionalism, and no meaningful follow-up or feedback afterward. If this is how they treat candidates during the interview process, I would seriously question how they treat employees. Based on my experience, I would not recommend working for this company.
