There was very little proactive communication between the interview rounds. Greater transparency regarding the timeline and better coordination between the different steps would significantly improve the experience and ensure candidates remain engaged throughout such an intensive process.
3 hour super day of 1 technical interview and 3 behaviorals with senior and vp level staff. Basic behavioral questions surrounding teamwork, data analysis, and management styles. Very chill people who want to get to know you.
