Interview
The interview process is quite long, but it felt very welcoming. They're very upfront about the fact that they like to be diligent in their hiring and don't rush the process at all. I had seven or eight "rounds" and the entire process took around two months. It started with a couple of phone calls, then a dinner, then a couple of Zoom calls, then an all-afternoon on-site interview where you meet the team. I believe I had one more in-person round with the CRO before presented with an offer.
Notably, there was no mock pitch and I never felt nervous or put on the spot. They're kind people and treat you like a human to get to know you, rather than try to trick you with crazy questions.

Interview
First interview was a 30 phone screening with Laura (Head of Operations). She was transparent that the interview process can take time as they want everyone to have a "thumbs up" on the candidate. I got an email within 24 hours to meet with two other managers in person. Easy interview questions, very personable ladies! I thought it went very well, but was given a rejection email saying that I didn't have the 3 years of B2B that they were ultimately looking for. It isn't in the role qualifications and they all 3 had access to my resume and LinkedIn. I feel like this could have saved all of our time in the end.

Interview
The interview process is longer. Although time wise it was quick for me, I spoke with 5 people on the Team before I was hired. But each interview was extremely conversational - which made it a great way to see if this company was going to be a good fit for me.
