Multi-stage interview process. The first stage was a short telephone call from recruiter who explained details of the role and gave me the opportunity to ask questions about the company/role. Depending on how the call goes you get invited to interview/assessment centre day.
Second stage was an assessment centre (a few days after the telephone call) with other candidates. Managers and recruiter were there scoring. There was a section where we (each candidate) introduced ourselves and gave a "fun fact" - this was done in front of the other candidates, recruiters and managers. Then a group-work task and presenting in a group followed by individual interviews with manager.
