Interview had 3 rounds, first a phone call with HR, then an interview with the hiring manager, then an onsite with the team. Everything seemed to go well, and they said they'd be in touch within 2 weeks. At the 2 week mark, I received another email saying they were still deciding and they'd be in touch by the end of that week. End of the week rolls around - nothing. I emailed the hiring manager to follow up at the beginning of the next week. No reply. They never updated me on the decision, did not even allow me the dignity of a rejection. Just ghosted. I can't imagine how the organization must treat employees if this is how they treat job applicants who participated in final-stage interviews.

Not a good company anymore . They have layoffs many employees and no bonuses or salary adjust. You have to work for nothing . No future for hardworking people here. They will not appreciate your hard work
