I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at K12 (Alcoa, TN) in May 2015
Interview
You apply online and you will need to submit an interview. There is an option to put in someone who may have referred you and if they remain employed said person will receive a referral bonus (anyone is eligible for this after hiring). The interview itself was pretty simple, the HR rep explained he was looking for people who were looking for more than just a paycheck, I was hired right before the summer it was may understood to me that due to peak busy times extended vacation time is not allowed in the summer, I had to cancel plans to take on this job.

How well do you work with computers? Any experience using multiple monitors?
I applied online. I interviewed at K12 (Knoxville, TN) in Jun 2016
Interview
First interview was online recorded as video and was a series of questions and "essays". Very awkward with no visual or verbal cues to know reactions.
Brought in for second interview and was told starting pay was $12.50 and I said that wasn't even a living wage. Was asked if this was a deal breaker. I responded Yes, thanked him for the time and left.
I responded below that interview was difficult, but it was only because of it being very awkward to do the video online. Otherwise it was fairly standard

Multiple scenarios where you had to describe (essay form) how you would handle that particular situation.

Interview
Applied online. They contacted me within a couple of weeks for an interview. One con to note is that I was informed I would be meeting with the man in charge, but when I got there I met with two other individuals instead without prior warning. Handled it well, though. Most of the "interview" was just a tour of the facility and workspaces, with only a few very basic interview questions.
