I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Juno Therapeutics (Seattle, WA) in Apr 2018
Interview
Contractor to FTE conversion. I was first hired on as a contractor. For that, there was a phone screen by the contracting agency, then an on site interview. The interview was from 9 to 3 and I interviewed with 5 different people. The whole process took 3 weeks. For the contractor to full time conversion, I applied online, had a quick phone call, then an onsite interview that last from from 8 to 4 and I was interviewed by 8 people. The process took a month.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Juno Therapeutics in Nov 2018
Interview
Two step process. First a phone interview and then an on-site interview. The phone interview was just about skills and former work experience on my resume. The on-site interview had me meet with different teams I'd be working with. Everyone came off as friendly and intelligent. They asked thought-provoking questions and seemed genuinely interested in my career/personal goals. They also gave a tour of the facility. They made me feel comfortable and welcome.

Question 1
Explain a time when you had to overcome an obstacle/challenge at work. What was it and how did you resolve it?
Applied online. Received an invite for a phone screen via email. 1 week later, phone screen was conducted with a company recruiter, which covered basic experience and technical skills as well as availability details. Call lasted approx. 30 mins.
