First asked me to take Predictive Index Assessment, then invited for an interview, which included a presentation. However, they followed up after scheduling it that they had sent out interviews by mistake.

If I had to guess, the predictive index probably filters a lot of people out. If you're into thinking within frameworks, you'll probably enjoy the process. And my interviewer was friendly.
