3 stage process - telephone / face to face / practical test.
Telephone interview - lasted 30-40 minutes. Director asked me about my current situation, future goals, and knowledge on sales / recruitment
Face to Face interview - Lasted around 60 minutes - Both Directors present. Asking questions about the role, questioning experience when talking to people on he phone.
Practical Test - 30 minutes on the phone doing test calls - 15 minute presentation to test character.
