Very unorganized. I had 2 separate calls with HR that were the exact same questions, I had to let the second HR rep I spoke to know that I had already answered these questions but that I was happy to answer them from her if that helped. After that, I had 3 separate Zoom calls with the team members that went great, followed by an in person interview that all spanned the course of 2 months from initial email about the first stages until the in person interview. The in person interview was great, we went to lunch and met the whole team afterwards and was told I should hear from HR either that day or maybe EOD next day so I waited. I emailed back after not hearing back the following week, and was told this was common and that I was supposed to just keep on waiting. After a month removed from my in person interview, I emailed again but nobody has responded and even if they did they wouldn't get my employment.
