First Call: 15th Sep, 2021 went on for 37 minutes where a mix of personal and technical questions were asked and I was promised and update in 3-4 days.
Assessment Email: 28th September, 2021 after following up twice I received and email with a data analysis and presentation task and a module development task. I invested 2 days in preparing them and sent them way ahead of their deadline.
3rd Video Panel Interview: On 5th October, 2021 they reached out asking for a video interview which went on for almost 30 mins with multiple technical questions.
4th Telephonic Interview: On the same day, 5th October, 2021 also had a telephonic interview with one of the founders which again went on for 35 minutes which personal and technical questions.
5th Online IQ test: On 6th October, 2021 had to give an online assessment.
Post that I was asked for salary proof which was sent immediately, I was informed that I will get a call from the HR.
Since then it was just follow ups from my end. After multiple follow-ups today on 20th October, 2021 I am informed that the position has been put on hold.
I mean seriously!?!
Companies should understand that the interviewee's time and efforts are also valuable. I see so many similar reviews about Jombay and I feel stupid of not checking them earlier. This definitely seem like a pattern for this organization and hence the poor reviews.
