Johnston Group interview questions

Reasonable interview process. Include the direct leader and a representative from HR. Questions were a standard mix of direct and behavioural. Many seemed to be asking the same thing in different ways. The interviewers were both very pleasant and respectful and were accommodating of the interviewees schedule and availability.
