A HR person contacted me by email asking for a convenient date and time for a call. The call with her was easy and friendly with usual questions about my CV, background, languages and interest in the position. The same day, I received a new email with 8 questions that I had to answer in a pdf document. The deadline was in 2 days.
According to the HR person, only if your answers are good, the Hiring Manager would like to interview you.
Answering the questions was not very difficult for me but they needed to be elaborated and it was quite time consuming.
I positively know that my answers were very good. I also meet every requisite needed for the position but one week later, I received an email thanking me and refusing my candidacy. I am a strong candidate for the position and I can't understand why I was not even given the opportunity of a F2F interview.
Ugly way of screening people. Very disappointing experience.
