I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson in Feb 2020
Interview
It was a 2 round process - however dependent on the role and hiring managers. Questions involved a few categories - technical ability, operational capabilities, actual industry knowledge and general peers engagements

Question 1
How does your experience help you succeed in this role?
The interview process was fairly standard. Opening round interview with HR, and then second round interviews with the hiring manager and supporting teams. The team interviews were focused on experience and behavioral interview questions - nothing too out of the ordinary for an interview.

Mostly behavioral interview questions were asked. One was "tell me about a time you had conflicting priorities at work"
It's a typical leadership and behavioral question interview, and you'll have to show that you enjoy working with people from different countries. If you're switching to healthcare they'll ask you why healthcare. Pls relate to Credo in your answers
