I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (University Park, PA) in Oct 2015
Interview
Easy questions, only had a few technical but most were behavior based and were focused on aspects of my resume. They specifically asked about things like leadership roles, teamwork, extracurricular activities, etc. Interviewers were outgoing guys that made sure to keep the interview conversational and not as intense as other interviews.

Question 1
If you were the CFO and the company wasn't going to produce enough revenue, what can be done to make sure the net profit numbers stay intact?
It was a very average interview, not too dificult. One round with hiring manager, She was polite, asked fairly simple questions. Did a second round interview but no offer after that.
Did a HireVue screening the questions focused mainly on motivation, background, and what drew you to the position. It was to confirm basic fit rather than test technical skills and was a way to better filter candidates.
On-demand interview in March: I need to record my responses to 3 questions, and for each question, I have 2 attempts. There is no time limit between attempts, so it is possible to take as much time as needed to prepare.
