JnJ came to campus for a career fair and I spoke to them there. Then, they offered me an interview the next day.The interviewer was very relaxed. It was two people who were in the FLDP and from my university. Very behavioral based and few technical questions. I received an offer a week later.

Applied online. Got an on campus interview. Was tough and very detailed questions proving you did more than surface level research but overall great experience. Both interviewers were incredibly kind. Got the offer 1 week after.

There is one self recorded submission interview where you answer roughly 3-5 questions. After that there will be a zoom call interview with usually 1-2 hiring staff that will ask more in depth questions.
