I applied through university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson
Interview
My resume was forwarded from a hiring conference to a recruiter who contacted me and asked me to apply online. I had two webcam interviews with HR Directors, then two more interviews with HR VPs. The whole process was completely disorganized. There was only one deadline they actually hit. They would ask for my availability for the next three days, no response, then ask again the following week. All of my interviews went extremely well. One of the VPs ended it telling me I was an extremely strong candidate and that she hoped I could work with her one day at JnJ. I ended getting a call two weeks later saying I would not get an offer. Would not say why.

Interview
I was very excited to interview for the HRLDP. I submitted an application and cover letter. Completed an assessment as well as a video interview. Weeks go by and nothing. I reach out to the leader of the program and nothing. Then reach out to another manager of the program. No answer, but get an automated rejection the next morning.
For an organization that prides itself so much on its credo and how it puts people first, I was really surprised how I was treated. This was an organization I was excited about. I took a lot of time researching the company and role just to be ignored. I get it that recruiters are overworked and don't have time to give everyone feedback, but when someone asks for it after you made them jump multiple hoops the least you can do is respond. Do better J&J. I believed in your credo but after the process with the HRLDP leaders I see how they treat candidates and now know this is an organization I never want to be a part of.
