Interns did the interview. The pair of them read questions directly from a printed out paper and wrote down their reviews of my answers onto it while I spoke. There's a sense that human connection is not allowed on company time here.

The first interview was a phone screening and if they liked you they would have you do a video interview with two other people. After that if you were chosen they would have you come in for a in person interview.
