Interview
Meet with several managers in one day and basically went through the usual questions of experience in the industry, where I see myself in 5 years, what I want to accomplish both professionally and personally, what my hobbies are.
The interview was in several stages. First was a phone call, then was a virtual interview, lastly was a plant tour and onsite interview. They all went well and the process was well defined.
