Applied online after 4 days they would tell you come for an interview which was a group assessment and then solo interview - if successful they would message you in the morning (after 7 days) to tell you if you have the job or not, and then you start working about 3-4 days later

There is a group exercise and a 1-to-1 interview, which go through your previous experience and a tell me about yourself question. The group exercise is really important in showcasing your team work abilties.

Group interview. Asked about some scenarios and asked to discuss them in the group. It is a pretty relaxed interview and easy to stand out if you answer the questions first but make sure you let others speak and collaborate with them.
