Initial review and contact with HR was very good. The recruiting HR person was well informed and was able to speak in detail about the role.
This was followed by a zoom interview with the appropriate business managers who I would be working with.
It was a 2 hour interview, including time for an exercise which was given to me at the start of the interview.
The exercise was to do a presentation based on some very broad questions. The rest of the exercise was to read from a scripted pack of competencies - very inpersonal, very corporate - maybe a sign of how things work there?
What was most disappointing was that the team assured me they would follow up within a fortnight, however I was completely ghosted! A month later, following numerous emails, I had to reach out to someone else in the HR team to get a decision - they had literally forgotten about me!
