Interview
Pretty straightforward screening interview process composed of standard interview questions gauging interest, job history. When we got to comp, recruiter got incredibly defensive and acknowledged low pay relative other orgs when I asked for a range.
Let the recruiter know ranges I'd heard for the exact job in interviews earlier in the week and he just said "ok. Good luck." And hung up.
Unprofessional & embarrassing for them. But also, clearly they don't pay competitively lol
