James Skinner Baking interview questions

Overall a very easy interview. Took about 15 mins. The best part is that it wasn't a group interview. Was offered the position afterwards and was setup with a start date.

I was called on Tuesday for interview on Wednesday. Interview lasted about 1 1/2 hours telling me I was 1 of 3 they were interviewing out of 50 applicants. They went thru the usual questions - how would I benefit the company, weaknesses and goals etc.
