After a couple of back and forth emails, I was asked if I was available for a phone interview. I promptly answered back that I was - the next email response was telling me I didn’t get the position, after suggesting that I had interviewed with them already.
Highly unprofessional.

Interview
Ghosted the first phone interview, and didn't reply back a followup email I sent until Saturday night to re-schedule. Turns out that for some reason they re-scheduled the phone interview just to tell me they selected somebody else? Very Weird.

Interview
The CEO, Jack, is highly unprofessional and arrogant. He called me twenty minutes late for our first scheduled interview. After the first interview he told me that we would have another phone interview the next day. The next day he called me on time, but asked me the same exact questions that he asked me the day before. As if he did not listen to anything I said, so I had to repeat myself on all the same questions. I was brought into the office for a final interview, and do not get fooled by the "free" snacks lure. It is free peanut butter crackers and juice boxes.
