In-person interview for me (one-on-one), requires you do to have done your research regarding their products and brands. Mostly short questions regarding you as a person, some longer ones "describe a time where you showed independence"

Interview
It was a one-on-one meeting with the hiring manager, in person. But before the interview, you had to fill in a form regarding your location, education history (GCSE, A Levels and Degree), previous employment experience and whether you have any unspent convictions. Furthermore, they asked questions about you and your skills and more practical questions.

They asked me how I would sell the loyalty programme to a customer.
