Stage 1 (MS Teams, 60 mins): Hiring managers. Well-structured discussion focused on role scope, category challenges, and stakeholder expectations.
Stage 2 (On-site, 60 mins): Hiring manager + senior stakeholder. Real case study + presentation followed by a focused Q&A on approach, assumptions, risk, and implementation.
