J.P. Morgan Operations Analyst Development Program interview questions

There were many behavioral questions. Stay calm and answer with passion. Explain how you would respond to certain extraneous scenario. Go in there prepared and everything else will be okay. Stay on top of the market

Applied through campus website. Had a back-to-back interview of 30 minutes each with 2 Vice Presidents. They were very friendly and calm. They explained a lot about their company. They were nice to point out when I was going a little off-track with my answers. Mostly basic interview questions on what do you know about the department etc.
