Interview
It is a standard one-way interview system for the HireVue. There are 3-4 questions, with 30 seconds of prep time before answering each question. You have 2-3 minutes to record each question and have 1 optical retry for each question.
The interview process was a hirevue. You are given 30 seconds to prepare an answer to the question that they show you and then given two minutes to speak. No retakes are available.
I would say it was a good experience overall. There were about 4 to 5 questions and it was on hirevue. They were mostly quite straight forward forward forward forward.

Why JPM, time you worked in a group (maybe), why IB, why you. Just classic questions asked by every bank. Can retake once for each question. That's all. Just basic q s
