For the interview process, I understand there will be a HireVue followed by a Superday consisting of three back-to-back 20-minute interviews. I expect these to include brain teasers, market sizing questions, and potentially technical discussions.
Pretty fair technical questions about financial statements. There was an initial intro call and then a call with two different analysts, a healthy mix of technical questions and just personality fit questions that do a lot of training on the job.
hirevue straight to virtual superday. 3 back-to-back interviews. 1 explicitly technical, one a mix of technical and behavioral, and last with an MD was strictly behavioral. All three interviewers were extremely nice.
