Interview
J.P. Morgan's interview process is a multi-stage evaluation including initial application, phone/video screening, technical and behavioral interviews, assessments, and final rounds. Expect rigorous assessment of skills, alignment with company values, and role-specific expertise.
It started with a programming assessment in Hackerrank (which had two questions, both relatively easy), then a HireVue behavioral interview, where I was asked two questions.
I have yet to hear back from them.

The interview process included one coding round to assess problem-solving skills, followed by a behavioral screening round to evaluate communication, teamwork, and cultural fit for the SDE intern role. This was part of the Code For Good Program.
