First I completed the hireview, then I went straight to the super day interview. I talked to 3 different workers and they asked the same questions. Not too difficult. Superday was two days. First day was more info session.

A convoluted, annoying process that does not select candidates with skills relevant to the roles done in an investment bank. It is purely designed to weed out the best academic students

Write a text on why you should be hired (max 4000 words)
First an automated "test" followed by video virtual interview. You should prepare for the virtual interview even time is more than enough and you get two tries. Waited for a few weeks after that for in-person interview.
