It was extremely chaotic. Recruiter reached out to schedule first interview phone screen without providing any details of what the interview entails ( whether it's with hiring manager, etc, and whether it's just an initial chat or technical interview.) Recruiter never followed up on my follow up email when I asked about the format of the interview. Recruiter reached out last minute to postpone the first interview, and when I attended the interview it turns out to be a full on coding interview ( despite that being the first phone call ever with anyone from that company). A second interviewer was later invited into the interview and asked for experiences beyond the job description. The interview ended up exceeding the initially allocated 30 minutes to around 1 hour. Overall I would say the entire experience feels chaotic and extremely rushed, and as a candidate I felt that I wasn't able to perform to my full potential given the lack of introduction to the process and preparation I can do for the interview.
