I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (Gurgaon, Haryana) in May 2015
Interview
Time slot given to me was 11:00 AM
1. Written test begun at 12:30 PM, 10 questions from core java and 10 from spring mainly annotations
2. Waited for 4 hrs for first round of interview, interview begun at 4 PM, where I was told my skill sets does'nt match that required for profile.
That is to unprofessional and mismanagement, HR should have not shortlisted my resume if it was so.
I have never seen so obscene interview process, my complete day was screwed. Never expected this from JP Morgan, if it's resources can't manage a interview process, how can they manage portfolios of the net worth
My advice not to trust such company

1. why do you want to change your domain.
2. Your skills set are totally different from the requirement, why are you here(indirect question)
Quick process, got to speak to the VP of the team on the first interview, jumped straight into my experience.
VP was direct by very respectable and in the end I did not get the role but happy they were quick to get back to me
there were a couple of rounds within the team from juniors to seniors, and they were thirty minutes each and remote, the questions are standard behavioral but more technical, and they delivered the questions very fast
It was a great expereince and also enjoyed the people. Also the conversations were very intellectual but also fun to enjoy. Even though I didnt move ahead I think this was a fun experience.
