I applied for the job online and was soon got called by a JP Morgan recruiter. He asked simple questions about my background and current role then asked me to schedule a zoom talk with a design lead.

Q: Tell me about your current job/role and why do you want to change?
JPM use their own video recording software to prerecord interviews. The UI was easy to use and interact with and they gave plenty of practice question which helped relax me before the real one.

What was a challenge you encountered and how did you overcome it?
First there was a phone screen with an HR recruiter, then a behavioral interview with the direct supervisor of the job, then a portfolio presentation to a panel of three interviewers.
