I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan in Aug 2021
Interview
1. Coding assessment through HireVue where you get asked two questions and then asked to explain thought process for each.
2. Superday consisted of 2 back to back 45 min interviews, one behavioral and one technical. Both interviewers were supper nice and the technical interview was more answering questions about a variety of things rather than whiteboarding. there were questions about cybersecurity, data structures, etc. but if you don't know anything about a topic, you just tell them

Question 1
What is polymorphism? How would you solve this problem?
It started with a programming assessment in Hackerrank (which had two questions, both relatively easy), then a HireVue behavioral interview, where I was asked two questions.
I have yet to hear back from them.
