I applied through university. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan in Dec 2020
Interview
First step was an invitation to a Diversity day that lasted 4 hours. Then I completed a hirevue, and was asked back to the final round which was a SuperDay. During the SuperDay, you interview with 3 different people, spanning 1.5 hours - 2 hours total of time. The first two were very conversational, the last interview drilled down on project related and situational questions
