Just had the first round interview and mostly random talk. The interviewer interested in project managment and problem handling skills. Here's the interview process. 1. Interviewer introduces the company and some back ground of the job. 2. Self introduction and past experience. 3. Dig up topics and questions from your past expereince, e.g. the biggest project you have handled, what kind of obstacles you have had and how you handle them. 4. final question, what advantage do you think you have for the job and what prospect do you have for the job. Will post more update if i've got a chance for 2nd round of interview.
