1st Round was very smooth the interviewer was very nice and acknowledged they asked some questions regarding the course and expectations regarding the company
2) HR Round was like formal discussion it was regarding the shift flexibility

Interview
I got call from JPMC HR and they scheduled my interview for Client list screening team. Interview was 2 Rounds. 1st Operations Managers round, Questions asked related to my job profile, sanctions,PEP and all process related questions. 2nd Round was VP Round they asked about reason for leaving previous organization and strength,weekeness and process related questions.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (Hyderābād) in Mar 2017
Interview
Interview process was easy but the process between one round and another were time consuming. Good place to work with. Night shift allowance, transport and meal card will be provided. Family life can be balanced easily.

The questions were more related to the process for which I was hired. It was quit moderate for me in terms of grilling by the interviewer as I had similar experience.
