I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan in Aug 2012
Interview
Applied online and took the assessment, received an email the following day to call the recruitment office. Had a short (10 min) phone interview with a very somber gentleman. He said he would forward my resume to the local branch. I received a phone call the next week requesting an interview, which I set up for the next day. After hours of researching this site (thanks!) I felt fully prepared. I arrived 10 min. early, and had a very relaxed interview with the ABM, joined later by the Manager. They seemed to be very impressed, especially with the follow-up questions I asked at the end. However, I received an email a few hours later that they had selected another candidate.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself
Tell us about a time you had to ask one of your supervisors for help.
Pretty standard interview process. It started with a short phone call, asking about yourself and why you wanted to work there. Then another phone call or zoom going more in-depth about your skills and explaining the role to see if you would be a good fit.
