There were three interviews. The first was a phone interview with a hr rep. It lasted about 20 mins. mostly background verification. A week later I met with a manager. The interview was more basic than I anticipated. I realized later that the background investigation was very complete. I more or less verified what he already knew. The last interview was where the offer was made.
