Three interviews + 1 group presentation
Firstly, the organisation was not so good. I got the invite to an AC a couple of days before the super day, but the official confirmation that specified the exact timing of the AC came just one day before the super day. This caused some trouble for me in terms of booking the hotel and tickets to get there.
On the super day, we had three different interviews with different interviewers. One interviewer was a senior staff who did not really seem very interested in the interviews at all - he arrived late and left early, and asked questions that were bizarre and seemed out of context. Another interviewer was a young analyst who was at her phone all the time during the interview, and one time she even laughed a bit while texting someone - again, during the interview. Seriously, I do not really think it was very professional of her to do that. Then there was the MD, who gave me the feeling that he did not really prepare much for the interview because he literally knew nothing that was written on the CV. To be honest, it was a really bad experience. Other than that, they were quite friendly.
In sum, the whole interview process was not really something you can be satisfied with. For a company like that, you would expect them to be at least professional. However, I still believe J.P. Morgan is a very nice company, but the people I met here in Frankfurt were certainly not really a positive advertisement for the company.
