Hirevue then offered a Superday. Superday wasn't too bad. Stay sharp with whats going on in the markets today and show interest in the role. Mainly behavioral unlike IB or other jobs.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (Oklahoma City, OK) in May 2024
Interview
There were 5 25-minute interviews. The questions were almost entirely behavioral based questions like "tell me about a time when..." There were a few technical questions where they were just looking to see what you'd say. The interviews went by pretty fast. By the time they asked 3 or so questions and you both conversed and you asked your own 1 or 2 questions it was over.

There were three interviews on zoom that were back to back. Each interview was half an hour long. They asked mostly behavioral questions and I was only asked a couple of technical questions.
